Hi Ruth,
I think that you should give them the links to the Mended Hearts Guide and the Mended Little Hearts Guide. There is a lot of information that can help them to decide on a second opinion, or offer advice on how to navigate their illness.
There are also some International organizations that do help families travel for heart care. Samaritan's Purse is one, and the International Children's Heart Foundation are two of them.
Hope they are able to find some help!
Andrea

Subject: Please Advice
Am Ruth from Africa a country called Kenya we recently started a chapter/support group here we have 130 members.
We have two very challenging cases two of our young adults have gotten reports that their cases cannot be operated on due to the fact that they too severe both were born with Congenital Heart Disease that was detected when it was too late.
The doctors say that their hearts have been severely damage and so have their lungs.
Kindly advice on what we can do best to support them if there are any reading materials that shall be relevant to them kindly share.
Thanks in advance.
