Janis, my husband had a quadruple bypass 10 years ago. He STILL goes to
cardiac rehab three times a week. He is 77 and while we watch what we
eat now, we always did. We decided to enjoy our life and not obsess on
all the things that COULD go wrong. My father used to say that he wanted
to live until he died. He had a wonderful attitude and attitude is
EVERYTHING.
Enjoy your life, and don't think about what could be, think about what
is. Take one step at a time.

Subject: Lack of energy & stamina
Hi all,
I have very little engegy and less stamina.
I have a lot of other condition; rheumatism, diabetes 2, osteo arthritis, fibromyalgia and others.
I am almost done with cardiac rehab and I feel better and stronger than I have in years; however I still have no stamina.
I do a lot one day and it takes me two days to recover.
Do other people have this problem?
