If your cardiologist gives you the okay to take the vaccine now, 90 days after your surgery, and if you don't have any other medical condition preventing you from taking the vaccine, then run don't walk (figuratively not literally) to the nearest vaccine clinic and take the vaccine yesterday.
You are absolutely in danger of catching COVID, suffering severe disease and dying from if you leave yourself unvaccinated without any medical reason to do so. The side effects from which I suffered, which were typical, were a sore shoulder for a day after my first shot and a low grade grade fever for 12 hours after my second shot which I cured by taking 2 Tylenol 6 hours apart.
You may copy and save this email to your phone as your new wallpaper until you are fully vaccinated.
Good luck!

Subject: 90 Day after Cabag Surgery, Should I take Covid-Shot
Hi
I am 90 days after my unexpected heart Surgery, 52 yrs old, feeling healthy apart from the soreness around the sternum and the occasion dizziness from the medication :) . I am thinking of taking the Covid-19 shot but not too sure if that is the right time, even if my doctor had said to go ahead. I was wondering if anyone who have had surgery recently have taken the shot and what is their experience.
Thanks
