Does anyone know why your HRV (Heart Rate Variability) doesn't seem to matter to physicians? My HRV base range is CONSISTENTLY 8-12ms per night. Normal for my age is 25-50. And my EKGs say abnormal but when I read the details they say borderline. It seems to me this is where they'd want to pay attention and move before borderline becomes serious. What am I missing here?
As a footnote, cuz i don't know if it's relevant, is my respirations each night are also consistently 10 breaths per minute. A little low.
