I usually post my fears and worries when i come here, ...but today is different. Today is 17 weeks after the event and I'm am still here. This week I've ridden 20 miles on my bicycle, did cardio rehab and today worked out at a real gym. I still get bouts of fatigue (beta blockers?) And i get cramps in my shoulders but all in all I'm grateful to be getting stronger. To those who feel like it is not getting better, just keep on keeping on, we're survivors.
