I live in Milton, WV a little town about 10 minutes from Huntington, WV( home of the Marshall Thundering Herd) and about 30 min from Charleston, WV. I am seen in Morgantown, WV ( Home of the Mountaineers) as well as Columbus , Ohio. Are there any jobs ever posted for being an advocate of CHD, and how would I get notified about that? Is that even a job? I am just really wanting to do more to spread CHD awareness around my community. Please, can someone help? Thank you

What a great question. I love working in the advocacy space and think it's a great way to use my passion. I don't typically see advocacy jobs for CHD specifically but you may find advocacy jobs in healthcare, cardiovascular, or within hospitals. There are a few online websites that you can peruse and check into. Monster, LinkedIn, and FlexJobs are three of them and you can get updates when there are jobs that come up. 

The CHD world with advocacy is largely volunteer. So, it's tough to find a job in that space. Good luck!
