    Interestingly, I sent a note to the group offering communication with a “heart” person who wanted someone to communicate with, and never heard a word from anyone. Does anyone else see this situation?

    Joe, I have same issue. This seems to be internal system only and is not set up to help those who are not members. In past, I would do as many as 100 internet visits a year and last year I did 4. We don’t appear to be in a position to help outsiders!?

    I have had that happen before. It is usually a case of everyone thinking someone else did it. I would try again and ask for a name of the point of contact. That worked for me. Then you know who should be following up.
