Hubert,
I have never had angina and haven't had anemia since I was a small child, but are you sure your doctor referred you to an oncologist and not a hematologist? Oncologists diagnose and treat cancer. Hematologists treat blood disorders. You might want to double check with tour referring doctor.
Good luck,
Ira

Subject: ANGINA CAUSED BY ANEMIA
I have had long-term angina which has worsened within the last few months. Had a heart cath yesterday and it showed no blockages. My blood tests show I have developed anemia within the last several months. My cardiologist said the anemia could cause the angina pains and has referred me to a blood specialist (oncologist). Has anyone had angina caused by blood problems and what was the outcome?
