Hi Mark,
I had CABGx2 May 15 of 2019. They didn't have me start rehab until July 1. I agree with Janis, walking is great exercise until you can start your rehab, I know what you mean though, I was eager to start moving around more too. I had to learn to have patience, I also found the support I needed from this group! Best of luck to you!

I think you just have to patient.
I started rehab in March 2020. Then they closed every thing down. I had to wait until September for rehab to reopen. Hang in there and just do mild exercise like walking.

CABG x 6 in early September. Cannot get into Baltimore Washington or Anne Arundel rehab until late November. I feel like I'm stalled in my progress. Walking is easy and I don't want to push heart rate without monitoring. Any suggestions about where I might get in sooner? I live near Crofton so Baltimore, Annapolis, Laurel are options.
