Long,
Please ask your cardiologist these same questions, particularly about the gym and what exercises are permissible, as well as any other questions you may have.
As to diet, I would image that you can't go wrong with a vegetable and legume, some fish, healthy fatty acid based Mediterranean diet that typically is regarded as heart healthy, but you should confirm with your cardiologist as well.
Good luck and good health,
Ira

Subject: Diet foods for aneurysm and dissection?
Two weeks ago CT scan found out I'm having these problems:
Cardiologist report:
Impression:
1. Atypical chest and back pain
2. "Coronary atherosclerosis" on CT scan chest 9/28/21
3. Ascending Aorta Aneurysm (AAA) A. Ascending aorta 4.0cm on CT scan chest 9/30/21
4. Small chronic distal abdominal aorta dissection on CT scan 9/30/21.
5. Hyperlipidema.
I'm worrying and don't know what foods to eat, what are activities like going to the gym….
Please help me where to ask for help?
Thank you 🙏
