    It is with a heavy heart I inform you you that my beloved Kash left us first week in September. We were together for over three decades. He left behind three sons whom he was ever so proud of. I am only now able to write this. My heart will bear this grief for the rest of my life while his is at rest. He always looked forward to joining the mended hearts meetings. Keep your loved one close to you, best, Jayu, Kash’s wife and Mom to his sons.

    I am so very sorry to hear of your loss, Jayu. As a member here on Mended Hearts and survivor of three heart attacks, I know how much this community means to me and it sounds as though it did for your husband, as well. If he was involved in a local group, perhaps staying connected to that group can help you in your healing, as well. I'm blessed to be married to my best friend and worry each day about leaving her and our two sons behind. I pray for comfort for you and your sons during this very difficult time.
