    Hello. My 13yo is post Fontan (HRHS). They have been on aspirin therapy since they were 6wks. I am noticing all of the sudden that they are bruising really easily. Im surprised that just aspirin would cause this, and I'm curious if anyone else has had this experience after long term use and/or if it could be associated with puberty in some way. Thanks for your input!

    Hi,

    My son takes aspirin since his OHS.  Since it is recent, it probably would be worth a call with their doctor, just to get a professional's opinion.  Take care, Liz
