I find this sight very hard to navigate.

Hi Gary, I just happened to see your message and thought I would try to tackle your problem. I am hardly ever on here and live down in San Diego. Without being able to see what you were doing I think I found the group and a contact person for it that group should be able to help you out. If your group is 

Mended Hearts of Puget Sound (MHOPS): This chapter serves the heart patient community in the Puget Sound region, which includes Seattle. They hold monthly virtual meetings on Zoom on the last Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm Pacific time. Hope this helps. If you click home or up on the title of this page you and others in this chain can find some help documentation.   Hope you can get what you need.
