    I'm a reporter with The Uptowner with a scientific background. I'm tired of watching EMS response times to cardiac arrests keep growing in Harlem - it can be the difference between life and death! I'm writing an article about AED intervention. Looking to talk to people who have witnessed arrests/ SCA or dealt with it directly or indirectly FROM HARLEM (CB9,10,11).
