Join Ben Farber, Vice President Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer for a discussion focusing on the unique recruitment and retention program Eisenhower began building during the pandemic. The conversation will include a description of the unique ways Eisenhower focused on nursing to ensure stabilization of the workforce to best allow us to meet nursing needs. This presentation was selected for presentation at the largest nursing conference in the nation in 2025 and is a great opportunity to learn how Eisenhower contributes to unique nursing knowledge on a national scale.
