My husband was diagnosed with CHF in 2015 and now he is stage 4. He will soon be sent through the heart transplant process for the second time. He went through it last year but was rejected due to out of control diabetes and had not been a ex smoker for long enough. I am praying he get accepted this time and just looking for encouragement and support as a caregiver.
