Hi, I'm new to this community. Heart disease runs in my family. My mother passed from hypertension when I was ten. When my brother-in-law had a heart attack and surgery, taking 40 pills a day left him unable to work and inactive. I was diagnosed with hypertension when I was 37 years old. Feeling tired and having dizzy spells was not pleasant but I ignored the symptoms. Last year my nephew died of a heart attack and about the same time I started having chest pains as if someone was punching me. It was occasional but gradually the pain increased. I decided to take alternative treatments for my heart disease. In the past four months I'm happy to say the pain has gone away and I'm feeling better. Strongly recommend it!

Meanwhile, you mentioned  your alternative therapies are helping your symptoms now, I am concerned  that you didn't mention what the cardiologist says.

What alternative treatments have you tried?

You really should see a medical doctor.

    HI Kim,
I'd love to know what kind of alternatives you have tried. I am an herbalist and had a heart attack in March 2021. Ever since I have been researching alternatives so I can eventually havea discussion with my cardiologist about eliminating how to get off some of my meds.
