Dear S Kim
Wow, So sorry for your loss of beloved family members: its enough to make our hearts ache for you.
Meanwhile, you mentioned your alternative therapies are helping your symptoms now, I am concerned that you didn't mention what the cardiologist says.
Caring for your heart is a team effort. We are here to give you and your family emotional support and some practical advice. Your doctor(s) are very important!!!!

Subject: Heart disease & Alternative medicine
Hi, I'm new to this community. Heart disease runs in my family. My mother passed from hypertension when I was ten. When my brother-in-law had a heart attack and surgery, taking 40 pills a day left him unable to work and inactive. I was diagnosed with hypertension when I was 37 years old. Feeling tired and having dizzy spells was not pleasant but I ignored the symptoms. Last year my nephew died of a heart attack and about the same time I started having chest pains as if someone was punching me. It was occasional but gradually the pain increased. I decided to take alternative treatments for my heart disease. In the past four months I'm happy to say the pain has gone away and I'm feeling better. Strongly recommend it!
