Hi everyone,
I had my quads bypass surgery about 8 weeks ago, I am recovering well and able to walk about an hour plus so far, I am 51 yrs old, before this surprising change of event, I was doing 5km light jog and weights, keeping a healthy lifestyle, I've never drink alcohol, smoke or do drugs in my entire life, I was surprised when I learned I had have a heart attack which I think was a regular heartburn 3 weeks prior. That's turn my life upside down a bit, I am grateful that I am still here and looking forward for a normal life again.
I have a bit of numbness in my face which is just random, apart from the numbness around the chest muscle and occasional mild pain, are these normal ? and how long will they usually last?
why do coughing and sneezing still hurt after 8 weeks?
Also, can I incorporate light weights together with cardio?
Thanks
John
