Five years ago I suffered a heart attack, heart failure, and Afib.  I honestly had no idea what Afib was although I heard of it but that's the extent of my knowledge.  Knowledge is power.  I learned that and advise others to educate themselves and not ignore your symptoms.  

Grats, much better to be seen for five years than to be viewed from 4 -8 on say Wednesday 5years ago? I to just past 5 years of ileostomy surgery which arose as a complication from a ruptured  triple  A which was 5 yrs ago on 7/10. It is interesting to read how those with close calls of being  just a memory, hang around to create more. Have a grea tday. Sign me, Got to  come back 6/7/ 2007.,7/10 / 2021, and 8/10 /2021
