Mended Hearts Open Forum

Good Morning, and Holiday Greetings to everyone.  This is my first post, and I'm still trying to learn how to navigate this website. My question: Does this community have any online gatherings, or do you know of any online meetings available through other organizations?   I'm just a year shy of my quadruple bypass. I had a great recovery, and completed cardiac rehab with no problems.  Had a cardiac ultrasound this past August - everything looked great. Thought I was out of the woods, but I'm now having some distressing symptoms.  I have a stress echo exercise scheduled in two weeks.   It's making me a bit anxious and depressed.    My local Mended Hearts chapter is no longer functioning.    Steve.
