Hi everyone, I'm Tifani. I'm trying to get advice from others on how to overcome fear from having open heart surgery. In November it made a year that I had open heart surgery but I currently have issues with my circulation in my legs. I have to return to the doctor next week for the issue,but I am afraid that they are going to find issues with my heart. I found out in October that I had CHF. I just don't want to go through another heart surgery or find out anymore bad news. How did you all overcome fear? Thanks
