Hi all,
I'm super excited to share that my son was cleared for another year at his cardio visit yesterday. We have been worried about another surgery looming and the news came that he is actually doing VERY well. I'm happy and relieved to know that we will be one more year surgery free.
His current issue is his aortic valve and he does have a bicuspid aortic valve, and also a sub aortic membrane which is causing subaortic stenosis. The bicuspid valve is actually helping the situation right now, which is crazy but I'll take it.
