70 year old native of Washington state. Suffered major heart attack in June of 2015, and had to be resuscitated with CPR and cardioversion. Had blockages of 100% and 90%. Received two stents and became a total no-oil vegan as a result. With my diet and the help of my cardiologist, I have been able to be weaned off all meds with except low-dose aspirin and my daily supplements. I spend my Wednesdays at Providence St. Peter's Hospital in Olympia visiting heart patients.
