That's my surgery on 4/22/2022 I never thought I was in such bad shape I exercised daily and am in good physical shape.
I like to tent camp and live in California on the Central Coast wine country in Paso Robles, I like cooking and have started cooking more vegetable dinners and using lentils, quinoa, and couscous. I like biking and walking hiking.
