Recently retired and moved from New Jersey to Redington Beach, Florida and Park City, Utah. We're "Reverse Snow Birds" skiing the Wasatch Mountains in the winter with the rest of the year in Florida or traveling with my wife Elisa.
I had my heart attack in January 2016, caused by a 90% blockage in my LAD "Widowmaker". After Angioplasty, a Stent and lots of reading decided to change my diet and exercise program and give up stress (hence the Florida and Utah part of the program!)
Currently a volunteer with Mended Hearts in St Petersburg, Florida.
